Centrifugal Air Compressor for Industry
The air-suspended centrifugal compressor is
a single-stage centrifugal compressor that does not require a gearbox, speed
increaser, or coupling. It is directly driven by a high-speed permanent magnet
synchronous motor (PMSM), and the motor is controlled by a variable frequency
drive(VFD) for speed regulation. The impeller of the compressor is directly
coupled to the motor, and the shaft is sus pended on an active air bearing.

Impeller

Efficient cooling system
We use a dual-stage air-cooling and
self-cooling method with the latest technology, and set up separate air
flow channels inside and outside the main unit in a reasonable and
ingenious way to maximize the cooling of the main unit. This ensures that
the blower system can still operate steadily and reliably even in hot summers.
